Cancellations less than 7 days before the reservation date: Non-Refundable

We understand that plan changes may occur, but to maintain our service and rates competitive, we have implemented a cancellation policy that takes into account the needs of our customers as well as our commitment to the quality of our service.

Please read our room cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellations less than 7 days before the reservation date: Non-Refundable

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellations more than 7 days before the reservation date:

Full Refund If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

3. Changes to the reservation:

If you wish to change your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee the availability of new dates or specific rooms.

4. No-show:

In the event of no-show, without notice of cancellation, the entire stay will be charged and no refund will be made.
