Currency:  Advertised prices are in Canadian dollars (currency converter)

Taxes: Federal (5%) and provincial (9,5%) taxes  as well as the 3$ per room lodging tax apply to all reservations

Reservation policy:  A deposit of 30% by credit card is requested to confirm and guarantee any reservation.

Cancellation policy:  As we are a small inn, cancellations can affect us considerably. We understand that emergencies may arise, but last minute cancellations do not give us time enough to rent the room again.

Consequently, cancellations will be treated as follow:

  • More than 30 days before planned arrival, 50% of the deposit will be kept.
  • Between 8 and 30 days before planned arrival, 100% of the deposit will be kept.
  • Less than a week before planned arrival, the first night will be billed in full.
  • Less than 24 hours before planned arrival or if the customer does not show-up, the full amount of the reservation will be billed on the credit card.

Reception hours: You may take possession of your room between 4 pm and 9 pm. Departures are between 7 am and 11 am. For arrivals or departures out of scheduled hours, please make arrangements with us.

Arrival:  Your stay is payable upon arrival at the time of registration. Only cash, bank cards, Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted for payments

Hasty departure: no refund will be given for a hasty departure, or for the meals or activities that have not been taken.

Animals: Animals are forbidden in the inn in respect for customers who may be allergic.

Tobacco:  The inn is a no-smoking place. Consequently, it is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere inside the building. Any offender may be expelled without refund.

Visitors:  Customers have the responsibility to inform us if they have visitors and their presence in the rooms is not allowed after 9 pm.

Noise:  In order to ensure a comfortable and quiet stay for all, no excessive noise will be tolerated in the inn unless previous arrangements have been taken. Noise must be reduced to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am in respect for those who wish to sleep.

Alcoholic drinks:  As we have an alcohol license for the dining room and bar, we cannot accept the presence of other alcoholic beverages in the inn’s common areas. The consumption of alcoholic beverages brought from outside must thus be limited to your room.
