We propose four or five courses tables d’hôte or thematic menus, Thursdays to Sundays. Our chef Émy will lead you through a culinary universe flavoured with passion and our team will guide you in the discovery of new gustative sensations.
Whether you want to stop over at the inn for a bite between two activities or you want to bring food along for your daily adventures, our chef is at your service to provide delicious comforting dishes. Snowshoeing and hiking thus become a pretext to enjoy a good healthy meal and hot beverage within a majestic environment.
